Uzbekistan presented its stand at one of the large-scale tourism fairs “SATTE-2025”, which was held on February 19-21 this year in India. Umid Shadiev personally participated in this interesting and important event, not only as the head of the Tourism Committee of Uzbekistan, but also as a true connoisseur of his country's treasures.
At the fair 10 tour operators from RUz effectively and impressively demonstrated the beauty of routes for tourists, incredible cultural and historical heritage of our country. Unique opportunities for tourists from India were also presented.
Uzbekistan is planning to participate in other events of similar scale throughout the region of South Asia. This will help to attract more interest to the country and its heritage. After all, we have a lot to show and tell tourists from different countries. It will be mutually enriching for all. Tourists will get new knowledge and impressions, and the country will get more financial stability, new jobs and money inflow.
“SATTE” is the largest exhibition in the South Asian region. It gathers participants from 50 countries and almost 50 thousand guests.
