The head of Uzbekistan recently approved a project to implement a seven-kilometer gastronomic street in Almazar district. The project has been developed within the framework of this year’s tasks on development of infrastructure, service sector and services.
The future gastronomic street will intersect with 17 streets on its way. Retail outlets and service facilities will be opened here, according to preliminary data there will be at least 250 of them. Also, it will give an opportunity to provide new jobs in the amount of 1500.
Also, at the meeting held in the government noted that another 26 streets have the same prospects. They can be transformed into places with round-the-clock retail outlets and services, which will favorably affect the increase of jobs and the attractiveness of the region for tourists. The head of the government emphasized the importance of such projects for the well-being of the entire country and all its residents.
