A large tourist complex Arashan Resort has begun to be built in the Namangan region of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Large-scale construction is underway on 600 hectares of land. A partner from Japan is actively involved in the construction, as reported by the press service of the regional khokimiyat.
Numbers and scale:
• Investments — $ 150 million.
• Daily capacity is 2.5 thousand tourists.
• The annual tourist flow is over 900 thousand guests.
• New places for specialists of different levels and specifics — more than 2 thousand.

The complex will combine several types of tourism at once:
• Ecological — the untouched nature of the Papal district, an eco-market.
• Extreme and mountainous — trails, cliffs, outdoor activities, ziplines, ski resort.
